212 Leadership: Next Level UBC Leaders is an advanced leadership development program offered by the UBC Department of Education and Training at the UBC International Training Center in Las Vegas, NV. Designed for journey-level UBC members, this immersive training helps participants strengthen their leadership skills, positively influence jobsite culture, and take the next step in their career path.

The program focuses on communication, emotional intelligence, business awareness, and managing healthy jobsite conflict – equipping participants with practical tools they can immediately apply in the field.
